The slow check-in process needed improvement!!! Inconsistent housekeeping services were a nuisance!!! Having issues with malfunctioning room appliances really disrupted my stay!!! The need for renovations is glaring with outdated facilities!!!

I stayed in the One-Bedroom Queen Suite with Sofa Bed for 3 nights. The room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus after our long drive. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up meals, and the layout was comfy for our family. The location was quiet and we could easily access the pool area, making it a relaxing spot after a busy day. Just a few minor things like a slight noise from the fridge but nothing major. Overall, a pretty good room experience!
